Our primary hunting species is the fallow deer. We can also target goats and small game (rabbits, hares and possums). Hunting isn't just about getting an animal, it's about managing herd numbers so that the environment can thrive. It's also the joy of wandering through the hills hearing the native NZ birds and watching the deer, sheep and cattle go about their business.

peaks to plateWe offer hunting in a completely free-range environment, the deer are free to come and go, giving you an authentic hunting experience.
Being able to provide organic, free-range meat for your family is extremely rewarding. We strive to utilise as much of the animal as possible. As this is important to us we offer part and full processing of your venison after your trip. Our trips are suitable for the inexperienced to the seasoned hunter. |

Conservation is at the forefrontWe run our own trap line targeting rodents and mustelids (stoats, ferrets and weasels) and we are excited to offer a farm tour which includes checking these. This tour is great for those of you who enjoy going for a cruise around the farm and getting some fresh air whilst also doing their bit for the local flora and fauna.

Get out of townGet the competitive streak showing and bring a few friends out for some good old claybird shooting or target shooting. Bragging rights included!
